In 1995, graduated Moscow State College of Wind Art (class of M. Gordeev), Mikhail Shilenkov became a soloist of the orchestra “Molodaya Rossiya”, beginning from 1999 – soloist of Moscow State Academic Symphony Orchestra. In 2001 Mikhail graduated Moscow State Conservatory named after P. Tchaikovsky (class of professor V. Popov). Since 2003 Mikhail Shilenkov is a soloist of Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra. During this time he participated many times in various orchestra’s performance in Russia and abroad.
In Mikhail Shilenkov’s repertoire there are solo parts in compositions for symphony orchestra. Along with the work in Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra the musician takes part in diverse chamber programs. He is a permanent member of the orchestra of old-fashioned instruments “Pratum Integrum”, he also participated in the musical projects of A.Rudin, A.Lyubimov, T.Kurentzis.
